Agenda Item A): ARC Update

The Board will be provided with the results of the year-end monitoring and meetings with the three projects.

Agenda Item B): Legislative Update

The Board will be apprised of the latest legislative issues.

Agenda Item C): * Weinberg Grant

Our letter of intent was accepted, and we were invited to Stage II. The Board will need to review and approve the proposal.

New Business

Agenda Item A): * Agency Disaster Plan

The Area Agency has updated its disaster plan. The Board will need to review and approve.

Agenda Item B): * SFY’09 Area Plan Revision

The first quarter revision to the Area Plan is ready for the Board to review and approve.

Agenda Item C): * SHL Travel

Silver Haired has a request to travel the day before the conference the end of this month.
